Damaged Product Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you received a damaged product, you are eligible for an exchange of the same item subject to the following strict conditions:

• Notification Window: You must report the damage to us within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the delivery.
• Unboxing Video Mandate: An uninterrupted, clear unboxing video showing the original sealed packaging being opened is mandatory to claim an exchange for a damaged product.
• Item Condition: The product must remain unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

How to Request an Exchange

If your package arrives damaged, please follow these steps immediately:

• Record a continuous unboxing video showing the outer package label and the damaged item inside.
• Contact our customer support team via Email or WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery.
• Attach your Order Number, clear photos of the damage, and the mandatory unboxing video.

Once verified and approved by our quality control team, we will arrange for a replacement of the damaged product. If the exact product is out of stock, store credit or an alternative product of equal value will be offered.
